I’m Jaskaran “JK” Singh, ISSA-certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach, and Glute Specialist with 5+ years of coaching. I work technique-first: safe form, smart progressions, and sessions that run as long as needed to do the work properly. I’ve coached many men and women of all ages—fat loss, muscle gain, mobility, and better daily energy.

What you get: personalised programming, strength and weight training, glute development, cardio conditioning, posture and joint-friendly movement, mobility and flexibility, breath work and stress-management routines inspired by traditional practices, simple nutrition guidance, and weekly check-ins.

  • Pricing (no contracts):
    • 4 sessions/week: $210 per week (includes gym rental fee, coaching, plan, and check-ins)
    • 3 sessions/week: $180 per week
