Refund policy
Effective Date: February 18, 2026
All sales are FINAL SALE, except as expressly provided below.
We do not offer discretionary returns, satisfaction guarantees, exchanges, restocking refunds, or cancellation refunds once an order has shipped.
This policy complies with Ontario consumer protection requirements.
1. Limited Exceptions
A return, replacement, or refund is permitted only if:
- The product received is expired at the time of delivery; or
- The product shipped is materially incorrect due to our fulfillment error.
No other circumstances qualify.
2. Definition of Expired Product
An item qualifies as expired only if:
- The manufacturer’s printed expiration date precedes the date of delivery; and
- The expiration date is clearly visible and verifiable.
Products nearing expiration but not expired at delivery do not qualify.
3. Definition of Incorrect Product
An item qualifies as incorrect only if:
- The product delivered differs materially from the product confirmed in the order confirmation (e.g., wrong SKU, size, flavour, or product type); and
- The error was caused by Alpha Nutrition.
Manufacturer packaging updates do not qualify.
4. Reporting Deadline
Customers must contact us within three (3) calendar days of delivery.
Claims submitted outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
5. Required Documentation
Customers must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of: The product received, Shipping label, Visible discrepancy.
Incomplete submissions may be denied.
6. Resolution
If approved, we will either:
- Ship a replacement at no cost; or
- Issue a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within approximately 10 business days after approval.
7. Non-Eligible Situations
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Change of mind
- Customer ordering error
- Opened or used products (unless expired)
- Melting due to temperature
- Carrier delays
- Address errors provided by the customer
- Products damaged after delivery
All other sales remain final.
