4. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel orders due to inventory discrepancies
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud
- Limit quantities
- Refuse service where permitted by law
If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued.
5. Pricing Errors
In the event of typographical or system pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.
6. Shipping
Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy.
Standard Canada-wide shipping is $9.00 CAD per order unless otherwise stated.
Delivery timelines are estimates only.
7. Final Sale
All sales are final except as expressly provided in the Return and Final Sale Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Alpha Nutrition shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

- Product misuse
- Delivery delays
- Third-party carrier actions
