Shipping policy
Effective Date: February 18, 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through Alpha Nutrition Canada Inc. (“Alpha Nutrition,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Shipping Rate
We offer Canada-wide standard shipping at a flat rate of $9.00 CAD per order, plus applicable taxes.
The $9.00 flat rate applies to standard ground shipping within Canada only. Expedited options, if available, will be displayed at checkout and charged separately.
We do not ship outside Canada unless expressly stated.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within approximately two (2) business days after successful payment authorization.
Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or promotional events.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier. Estimated delivery timelines are:
- 1–5 business days (major urban centers)
- 3–10 business days (remote areas)
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4. Carrier Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to carrier operations and external conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather events
- Transportation disruptions
- Public emergencies
- Operational delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or external circumstances.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to retrieve parcel
- Refusal of delivery
The customer is responsible for additional shipping charges required for reshipment.
If the customer chooses not to reship, a refund will be issued for the product price only, less the original outbound shipping cost and any carrier return fees incurred.
6. Temperature-Sensitive Products
Certain products (including bars, snacks, gummies, and similar items) may be temperature-sensitive.
During warm weather conditions, these products may soften or melt in transit. By placing an order containing temperature-sensitive items, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Alpha Nutrition does not guarantee protection against temperature-related changes during shipping.
7. Damaged Shipments
Customers must inspect orders upon delivery.
Visible shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including:
- Order number
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos of the shipping label
- Photos of the damaged product(s)
Failure to provide timely notice may result in denial of claim.
