A formulation of vitamins, minerals, herbs and supplements designed to counteract the effects of excessive alcohol intake.

WHAT DOES IT DO? Ingredients in our Hangover Relief™ formula (especially N-Acetyl-Cysteine) bind with and neutralize acetaldehyde, the byproduct of alcohol that causes the most of the hangover symptoms. Hangover Relief™ reduces the effect of acetaldehyde, the byproduct of alcohol that causes most of the hangover symptoms. Alcohol steals nutrients from the body and produces free radical damage, as well as causing blood sugar imbalances. Specific nutrients were added to Hangover Relief™ to replace those nutrients depleted, to counter-act free radicals and to stabilize blood sugar levels.

HOW DOES IT PREVENT HANGOVERS? The most important factor in a person’s susceptibility to alcohol damage is their enzymatic ability or inability to detoxify acetaldehyde. The longer acetaldehyde remains in the body, the worse the hangover and greater the damage.

OTHER POWERFUL INGREDIENTS: Milk Thistle Detoxifies the liver, which is abused by excessive alcohol intake. Even one night of drinking can cause fat to accumulate in the liver. This interferes with the distribution of oxygen and nutrients to the liver cells. Milk Thistle also elevates glutathione levels, which further enhances detoxification pathways and raises immune function. Barley Grass: Chlorophyll, found in Barley Grass and Chlorella, cleans toxic byproducts from the blood and liver, and neutralizes the buildup of acids in the blood and stomach, that contribute to the hangover symptoms.

HOW DO I TAKE IT? For optimal effectiveness one should take 3 capsules before drinking and 3 capsules before bed. Light drinking will only require one serving of 3 capsules. May be taken with or without food. If you forget to take the capsules the night before, they will still reduce symptoms when taken the following morning. Take 3 upon rising and 3 a few hours later if symptoms persist.
