Ingredients in our Hangover Relief™ formula (especially N-Acetyl-Cysteine) bind with and neutralize acetaldehyde, the byproduct of alcohol that causes the most of the hangover symptoms. Alcohol steals nutrients from the body and produces free radical damage, as well as causing blood sugar imbalances. Specific nutrients were added to Hangover Relief™ to replace those nutrients depleted, to counter-act free radicals and to stabilize blood sugar levels.

HOW DO I TAKE IT? For optimal effectiveness one should take 3 capsules before drinking and 3 capsules before bed. Light drinking will only require one serving of 3 capsules.
